Guidelines for Authors

Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting papers

A. Submission of Papers

  • Manuscripts should be submitted via Microsoft CMT platform. Each paper is assigned to a Department Editor to conduct the review and the final publication decision is based on the conference editor’s and referees’ comments.
  • One corresponding author (if you have more than one author) should be designated to submit the manuscript, periodically check the status of the manuscript, and supply information if requested. All communication will be through the corresponding author only.
  • Submitted manuscripts will undergo plagiarism check using standard plagiarism detection software.

B. Style of Submitted Papers

  • Manuscript should be prepared as per IEEE guidelines.
  • The submission should not be more than 6 pages. If you have any questions about these charges, please contact the journal Administrator prior to submitting your files.
  • Please use IEEE conference template available in A4 DOC File and Latex Zip File.
  • Refer to all illustrations (tables and figures) in the text.
  • IEEE style should be used in references. The bibliography should be by the order of the referenced papers.
  • For manuscript preparation guidelines, please visit the Tools for Authors website at the following URL: https://newauthors.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/author-tools/

C. Copyright

  • It is the policy of IEEE to own the copyright to the technical contributions it publishes on behalf of the interests of the IEEE, its authors, and their employees, and to facilitate the appropriate reuse of this material by others. To comply with the U.S. Copyright law, authors are required to sign the IEEE copyright transfer form before publication.
